Başak Çavuşoğulları handles commercial law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions for European companies expanding into Turkiye. Her approach to managing corporate risk is shaped by her background in international arbitration from her time at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, which helps her draft commercial agreements and structure business operations to prevent disputes before they arise.

She focuses closely on the distinct legal needs of the manufacturing, construction, and machinery sectors. Through this industry experience, she ensures that foreign investments are safely aligned with local corporate regulations and that operational steps are fully protected from day one.

She also manages the firm’s Immigration and Corporate Services practice, where she provides direct guidance to foreign investors and multinationals. In this role, she handles the entire process for company formation, work permits, and corporate residency pathways.
