Başak Çavuşoğulları advises European companies operating in Turkey on commercial law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions particularly in manufacturing, construction, and machinery industries.

Başak also provides legal consultancy to Turkish companies on commercial matters, handles medical malpractice and aesthetic procedure litigation, and leads the firm's immigration and corporate services practice, guiding foreign nationals through company formation, work permits, and citizenship applications. With a background in international arbitration from her academic years at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, she brings a dispute resolution perspective to complex commercial matters.
